Seatime adventures (Seattle pt. 2)

Yes, we went camping after a wedding. But before we headed back into Seattle to explore the city, we explored the park we camped at. We didn’t get a chance to explore it during the daylight, so why not?

Even though it’s just a hop, skip, and a jump away from the big city, it is definitely a different world over there. The state park sits on the Puget Sound. This particular park had a LOT of barnacles, sea life, and birds. You couldn’t walk on the beach without stepping on barnacles. What is interesting about this park is that it is scuba diving friendly – there are (fake) coral reef, and plenty of wildlife to look at under the surface.

While we didn’t get a chance to scuba dive, it was pretty neat watching scuba divers come out of the water. It was like we were on the set of a movie. Can this be real?
